Welcome to Optimal Edge! Congratulations on taking this step towards feeling your best. We want to make sure your experience is safe, seamless, and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review our policies.


Your Private Space

Optimal Edge is all about giving you a self-guided, private health suite experience. Access is by appointment only, and it’s important to follow our policies to keep the space comfortable for everyone. Guests are allowed only with prior written permission, and while they’re welcome to observe, they cannot use the equipment. If you bring a guest, you’re fully responsible for their actions.


Your Health Comes First

We want you to feel amazing, but it’s up to you to ensure our equipment is right for you. Please review the contraindications, and if any apply, cancel your appointment to keep your health a priority. If you ever feel discomfort during use, stop immediately and consult your healthcare provider.


Using the Space Safely
We’ve designed Optimal Edge to be simple and safe, but it’s important to:
  • Use the equipment as instructed.
  • Wipe everything down before and after use.
  • Know that all activity here is at your own risk.
  • You’ll also need to maintain your own health insurance to cover any injuries.

Timing is Everything

You’ll have access to your suite 5 minutes before your appointment, and your session ends 40 minutes after it begins. Your Optimal Edge app serves as your key, so please bring you smart phone with enough power to get through your appointment. Access is only granted after your waiver is completed. To keep everything running smoothly, late arrivals won’t extend your time, and full fees will still apply. Please don’t linger outside the suite before or after your session—it helps us keep things flowing and respects other tenants in the building.


Emergencies

Your safety matters. Keep these steps in mind:

  • For medical emergencies, call 911 right away.
  • Have a phone with you (it’s required to enter the space).
  • Note the nearest exits when you arrive.

Security and Privacy
We use on-location video monitoring to ensure the safety of individuals, investigate incidents, and protect property. Footage may also be used to provide assistance as needed.
Footage is retained for 30 days and is automatically deleted thereafter unless required for legal or operational purposes. Access to video footage is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Footage may be reviewed to provide support, verify equipment functionality, enhance user experience, and investigate incidents. In certain circumstances, footage may be shared with law enforcement or other entities as required by law.
We partner with a trusted third-party provider, to manage video monitoring. This company operates under strict confidentiality agreements and adheres to comprehensive data protection measures to safeguard your privacy. Our video monitoring system employs advanced block-level encryption and complies with NDAA and HIPAA regulations. Additionally, it meets SOC 2 Type II standards to ensure the highest level of data protection.

Care for the Space

The equipment used at Optimal Edge is cutting-edge, and we ask you to treat them with care. If you notice anything that needs attention, let us know at the start of your session. You’ll be responsible for any damage caused during your time here.


Payments and Cancellations
Appointments are reserved just for you, so:
  • Payment is required at booking.
  • Cancellations outside our policy may result in forfeiting your service credit.
  • Please dispose of any trash in the provided bins—otherwise, a Reset Fee may apply.

These policies are here to keep everything running smoothly for all our clients. Failure to follow them could result in your access being revoked.


We’ve Got You Covered

By using the facility, you release Optimal Edge and our team from any claims related to injuries or accidents that aren’t due to our negligence. We’re here to support you, but the responsibility for safe use lies with you.


Policy Updates
We may tweak these policies from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know, and by continuing to use the space, you’re agreeing to the updates.
